Statement From City Manager:

The City of Covington in collaboration with local artists, historians, property owners and lifelong residents, is pleased to share with the public its HGTV submission for Hometown Makeover. This effort was developed, fleshed out and finalized in a mere three days to highlight the historic downtown Main Street, that has defined Covington for over a 100 years. Currently the downtown is on the cusp of a resurgence, and the City is working to leverage all resources to retain and grow its business community. The City wishes to thank W. Curry photography, Anne Wright, Thomas Smals, Allen Dressler and it's Vice-Mayor for their contributions to this video and narrative. That's all folks!
